Abstract
関節リウマチは,妊娠可能な年齢の女性においても罹患が多い疾患である。以前は妊娠を考えた時点で,投薬は痛み止めやステロイドのみとする方針となり,挙児希望のある女性の関節破壊が進行することも多かった。授乳婦においても投薬のため断乳に至るか,授乳期間に投薬を控えた結果,関節破壊の進行に至るか,疼痛によるADL低下で児との関係性において心理的影響を受ける授乳婦も少なくなかった。現在は上手に薬剤を選択し,妊娠を希望している期間や授乳期の関節破壊を抑え,産後は授乳を継続し,母子ともに最良の転帰を迎えられるようマネージメントすることが治療者に求められている。
