Abstract
Il est plutôt rare de rencontrer des dirigeants qui ne reconnaissent pas l’importance de l’éthique en entreprise. Personne n’est contre l’éthique. Toutefois, lorsqu’il est question de consacrer des ressources à la gestion de l’éthique, celle-ci entre en concurrence avec d’autres priorités et, la plupart du temps, elle ne fait pas le poids. Pourquoi ?
