Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Primary malignant melanoma of the female urethra is a rare tumour that most commonly affects meatus and the distal urethra. The prognosis is poor. We report the case of 65-year-old woman which was referred by a gynaecologist due to a urethral mass mimicking a caruncule. The tumour was removed by a local excision, and pathological analysis revealed malignant melanoma. After three months distal urethrectomy was performed with no evidence of residual tumour. The patient was uneventful during 6-year follow up period. J Med Cases. 2012;3(1):73-75 doi: https://doi.org/10.4021/jmc460w

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
