Abstract
Four largest enterprises are the backbone of national economic construction. Due to their improper living styles, the workers and staff suffer from cardiovascular disease. It becomes a barrier for the improvement of productivity. In order to enrich worker and staff's cultural life, the labor unions of the enterprises hold various sports activities. However, most of them are not aware of the health care value of sports, and its value of preventive medicine and promotion of health can not be realized.
