Abstract
In order to expand and make full use of the resources of rapeseed,the extraction process of proanthocyanidins from rapeseed were preliminarily studied. Effects of the concentration of elthanol,extraction time, extraction temperature and the rate of solution on the extraction of Proanthocyanidins from rapeseed were observed. Based on the canonical analysis and single factor test,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: 50% ethanol as solvent at 60 ℃ for 90 minutes. The results showed that rapeseed was better for industrialized extraction.
