Abstract
The purpose of this research is to draw one answer to a writer to the origin question called [How a city should be built]. From around 1920, the textbook of how to build a city is lost by making into one factor 1960 collapse of [guidance main CIAM] which continued presenting [the right city way of building]. In this paper, the critical statement and theory by three persons of Arata Isozaki, C.Alexander, \nand C.Rowe which have developed a new plan concept (or technique) critically to a modern-city-planning concept in the 70s of the 1960s, are verified in equivalent.
