Abstract
Les experts en climatologie s’entendent maintenant pour dire que les activites humaines ont un impact significatif sur les changements climatiques. Afin de limiter l’importance de ces impacts, il est imperatif que les entreprises de toute taille s’engagent a contribuer au developpement durable. Malgre un regain d’interet dans les dernieres annees pour les recherches sur l’engagement des PME en responsabilite societale, notre comprehension du phenomene demeure limitee. Notre etude se penche sur le lien entre des variables institutionnelles, organisationnelles et individuelles afin d’expliquer la mise en place de pratiques durables dans les PME. Basee sur un echantillon de 124 PME manufacturieres canadiennes, notre enquete demontre l’importante contribution des effets d’interaction entre les variables individuelles d’une part, et les variables organisationnelles et institutionnelles d’autre part, pour determiner l’etendue des pratiques durables mises en place par les PME.
