Abstract
DNA分子标记在牡丹中得到广泛应用,取得了丰富的成果。本研究以分子标记的应用领域为线索,从遗传多样性研究、种质鉴定、栽培种质起源与关系分析、遗传图谱构建等方面总结了分子标记在牡丹各项研究中应用的进展。对未来研究的重点方法及领域进行了探讨,指出牡丹分子标记的开发应以SSR、SNP等为重点,应用领域以品种DNA指纹图谱和分子标记辅助选择育种为重点。本研究旨在推动分子标记技术在牡丹育种中的应用,以提高牡丹的育种效率。
