Optimization of the extraction procedure of total flavonoids fromPlatycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective The research aims to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids and to determine the contents of total flavonoids under the optimal extraction conditions from roots, stems and leaves of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.Methods In the experiment, total flavonoids were used as an indicator by using the orthogonal test to explore the effects of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic frequency on the yield of total flavonoids. Results The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction solvent was ethanol of 70%,ultrasonic time was 50 min and ultrasonic frequency was three times.Under the optimum extraction conditions, the contents of total flavonoids from roots, stems and leaves were determined and the content was 0.027%in roots,0.039%in stems and 0.26%in leaves. Conclusion The process which is simple and feasible,is effective to extract the total flavonoids fromPlatycodon grandiflorum.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
