atural-cycle in vitro fertilization ombined with in vitro maturation of mmature oocytes is a potential approach n infertility treatment
Bibliographic record
Abstract
bjective: To describe pregnancies and live births that resulted from IVF of mature oocytes retrieved from ominant follicles in a natural cycle combined with in vitro maturation (IVM) of immature oocytes retrieved rom small follicles. esign: Case reports. etting: McGill Reproductive Center, Royal Victoria Hospital, McGill University. atient(s): Three women with normal ovaries or polycystic ovaries who underwent infertility treatment. ntervention(s): Administration of SC hCG (10,000 IU) 36 hours before oocyte retrieval in a natural ycle. After aspiration of all follicles, mature oocytes were inseminated immediately; immature oocytes ere matured in vitro, inseminated by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and then the embryos ransferred. ain Outcome Measure(s): Pregnancy and live birth. esult(s): Three pregnancies (two live births and one ongoing at time of writing) were achieved after the ombination of natural-cycle IVF with IVM after transfer of the resulting embryos. onclusion(s): Natural-cycle IVF combined with IVM might be a new approach to IVF treatment for women ith various causes of infertility. Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
