Abstract
Résumé Robert Falco (1882-1960) a connu un destin exceptionnel. Homme de culture, avocat puis brillant magistrat du parquet, il a été exclu par le Régime de Vichy en 1940 parce que Juif. Réintégré à la Libération, il a négocié pour la France les accords de Londres créant le Tribunal militaire international avant de siéger à Nuremberg comme juge adjoint dans le procès des dignitaires nazis. Son Journal , publié en 2012, constitue un témoignage inédit du procès, vu de l'intérieur. Robert Falco termina sa carrière à la Cour de cassation où il fût le rapporteur inspiré de l'arrêt de révision de la condamnation de Baudelaire en 1857 pour Les fleurs du mal .
