Based on the field investigation and interview on the land-lost peasants in H residential quarter of Xuzhou new urban district in Jiangsu province,this article expounded the current situation of land-lost peasants in living into the cities,analyzed the existentFour Difficulties in the process of land-lost peasants' integration into the cities,namely the difficulty of economic integration,the difficulty of social communication,the difficulty of community participation and the difficulty of psychological integration,and further analyzed the reasons and influences of these integration difficulties.
