En aquest article es presenta l'anlisi d'un model d'atenci a les famlies des d'una perspectiva sistmica. L'enfocament prioritza un canvi de perspectiva que parteix del respecte i la consideraci de les capacitats i competncies de les persones i de la famlia com a conjunt que li permet gestionar les situacions i trobar autosolucions. Es parteix de les oportunitats que ofereixen les crisis com a moment de canvi i de millora. Es desestima el sentiment de culpa i es transforma en responsabilitat i autogesti. Mostra les dimensions terica, tica i pragmtica fonamentals en l'enfocament que proposa. Ofereix uns indicadors importants per a les persones que, en un context o en un altre, tenen relaci amb les famlies per tal que sigui possible la recuperaci de confiana en el marc d'unes relacions fonamentades en la valoraci de les capacitats de canvi que t cada famlia en el moment en qu no s jutjada, sin que se li ofereixen unes lnies d'anlisi i de reconstrucci de la seva realitat.
