Abstract
Cet ouvrage, qui resulte d'une collaboration entre auteurs belges, francais et canadiens propose differentes perspectives touchant la gestion des ressources humaines. Il cherche a sortir des prescriptions normatives auxquelles nous sommes generalement habitues. Il se demarque notamment par une approche davantage orientee vers les paradigmes pluraliste et critique, ainsi que par la diversite des textes qu'il contient, des thematiques qui y sont traitees et des regards disciplinaires sur la fonction. Il s'inscrit egalement dans un courant davantage humaniste, sans toutefois nier la dualite sociale et economique de la fonction. Enfin, il a aussi pour ambition de contribuer a la professionnalisation de ce champ qui est a la fois theorique et pratique.
