Les régulations opérées en situation d’incertitude, bien documentées pourd’autres secteurs, sont mal connues dans les relations de service. Dès lors,comment les faire apprendre dans ces métiers ? Le travail éducatif, peuvisible, s’apprend ainsi dans la durée. L’analyse de l’activité de travailleurssociaux en foyer est étudiée en solidarité avec celle des jeunes mineursdélinquants qu’ils tentent de réorienter. Une étude ethnodidactiqueprofessionnelle qui rend compte de trois formes de régulation, liée àl’organisation (institutionnaliser les règles au sein d’un groupe de jeunes),au collectif (désaccorder son action) et aux individus (pragmatiser desconcepts professionnels), est menée.
