Abstract
Изучена сексуальная функция у 109 пациенток, страдающих пролапсом тазовых органов до, после, а также в зависимости от методов его хирургической коррекции. Исследование проводилось с помощью анкетирования и анализа данных, полученных при определении индекса женской сексуальной функции (FSFI), сравнивая результаты до и через 12-24 месяцев после оперативного лечения. Установлено, что применение органосохраняющих технологий в хирургическом лечении генитального пролапса у женщин репродуктивного возраста способствует улучшению сексуальной функции в 71 % случаев, что отражается в достоверном возрастании индекса сексуальной функции. В то же время, проведение влагалищной экстирпации матки у пациенток репродуктивного возраста в 45 % случаев приводит к ухудшению сексуальной функции, что отражается в достоверном снижении среднего значения индекса сексуальной функции и двукратном уменьшении числа женщин, находящихся в состоянии сексуального комфорта.
