Abstract

Efficiency of magnetic vector potential boundary integral equation method for perfect conductor boundary problems is substantially increased by imposing the condition of zero normal component of the vector potential and by expressing both the tangential components of the vector potential and of the magnetic flux density as linear combinations of gradients of nodal shape functions. The integral equation is projected on two sets of orthogonal vector functions associated with the nodes.
