Abstract
Introduccion. La presencia de factores de riesgo psicosociales y de estres en trabajadores de los paises en desarrollo puede generar trastornos diversos. Objetivo. Establecer los riesgos psicosociales intralaborales y de estres en los trabajadores de una empresa del sector secundario en Queretaro, Mexico. Material y metodos. Investigacion transversal, descriptiva realizada en 96 trabajadores. Se aplico cuestionario COPSOQ-ISTAS21, cuestionario para la evaluacion del estres y la bateria para la Evaluacion de factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral. Se obtuvieron frecuencias y desviacion estandar. Se consideraron los aspectos eticos de la investigacion en humanos. Resultados. 63% son mujeres. Sobre los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo se encontro que 66% nunca influye en la cantidad de trabajo que se le asigna. En relacion al estres, 20% casi siempre presenta dolores en el cuello y espalda. Conclusiones. Multiples factores generadores de estres son reversibles, donde la empresa puede generar estrategias no costosas y sencillas para modificarlos.
