Abstract
Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm phát triển và kiểm định mô hình nghiên cứu liên quan đến hành vi mua sản phẩm xanh của người tiêu dùng tại siêu thị Co.opmart Huế. Để phân tích vấn đề này, nghiên cứu tiến hành điều tra bảng hỏi theo phương pháp ngẫu nhiên hệ thống, với mẫu là 150 người tiêu dùng đã và đang mua sản phẩm xanh tại siêu thị Co.opmart Huế. Phương pháp phân tích hồi quy và phân tích khác biệt được vận dụng nhằm làm rõ các giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng: Thứ nhất, người tiêu dùng nữ, độ tuổi từ 18 đến 50 tuổi, có thu nhập từ 10 đến 15 triệu và làm cán bộ viên chức, kinh doanh buôn bán là những nhóm người tiêu dùng phổ biến nhất mua sản phẩm xanh. Thứ hai, có 6 nhóm nhân tố ảnh hưởng lên hành vi mua sản phẩm xanh của người tiêu dùng, trong đó, nhận thức lợi ích (NTLI) và ảnh hưởng xã hội (AHXH) là hai nhóm nhân tố quan trọng nhất. Ngược lại, giá cả sản phẩm (GIA) và nhận thức về môi trường (NTMT) có tác động ít nhất lên hành vi mua của người tiêu dùng. Cuối cùng, tồn tại sự khác biệt rõ ràng trong đánh giá của các nhóm người tiêu dùng khác nhau về giới tính, độ tuổi, nghề nghiệp và thu nhập khi đưa ra nhận định về 6 nhóm nhân tố kể trên.
