Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This research aims to develop a critical analysis of the work of the political philosopher John Rawls to ascertain the possibility of ascribing him a position in regards to the prohibition of political hate speech. Our hypothesis is that prohibitions to this kind of speech, and, as a result, legislation that aims to accomplish that, would be unfair according to his conception of justice.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.
