Abstract
Souvent présentés comme l’une des modalités d’une formation, les stages sont également une forme de travail gratuit. Lancée en 2016 au Québec, la grève des stages est menée par des étudiant·es pour protester contre le manque de rémunération et de valorisation de leur travail, sans pour autant être réductible à une grève étudiante ou à celle du travail salarié. C’est dans ce contexte que les Comités Unitaires sur le travail étudiant (CUTE) se sont constitués dans plusieurs établissements universitaires et collégiaux autour de la revendication d’un salaire étudiant. À partir de leur expérience de membres des CUTE, Sandrine Boisjoli et Valérie Simard reviennent sur certains des enjeux de la construction du mouvement de grève des stages.
