Niet gelijktijdig (consecutief) vervolgen binnen hetzelfde feitencomplex Naar aanleiding van de onderzoeken 13Biscoe en 13Quebec en de daaruit voortkomende uitspraken van de rechtbank Amsterdam worden in deze bijdrage de mogelijke gevolgen beschreven van het niet gelijktijdig vervolgen voor eerst overige gepleegde misdrijven en later voor artikel 140 Sr of andersom, terwijl de misdrijven en artikel 140 Sr wel gaan over hetzelfde feitencomplex. De auteur besteedt hierbij bijzondere aandacht aan de beginselen van een behoorlijke procesorde.
