En el transcurso de poco más de un siglo, la historieta ha ido transformándose tanto desde sus formatos como desde sus definiciones. El siglo XXI la encuentra desbordabdo largamente sus supuestas características esenciales a favor de nuevos medios, lecturas, reescrituras y usos inesperados. El volumen estará dividido en tres ejes: el primero trata sobre intertextualidad, continuidad, y metaficcionalidad. El segundo, sobre nuevos espacios, formatos, y materialidades. Finalmente, el tercer eje hace foco en lo que podemos llamar “artista anfibio”. El dossier concluye con una entrevista a la autora española Ana Galvañ.
