Abstract. Permasalahan dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini adalah kompetensi guru kelas II dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran tematik di wilayah binaan kecamatan Ngadirejo masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas II di wilayah binaan kecamatan Ngadirejo tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui bimbingan berkelanjutan. Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan hasil kondisi awal dengan hasil siklus I teknik kelompok dan hasil siklus II dengan teknik percakapan pribadi. Pada pelaksanaan bimbingan berkelanjutan secara kelompok, hasil penelitian pada siklus I perencanaan pembelajaran tematik yang dibuat oleh guru-guru kelas II masih belum maksimal maka perlu diadakan bimbingan berkelanjutan kembali pada siklus II yaitu pelaksanaan tindakan bimbingan secara individu. Hasil rata-rata kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada kondisi awal 44 (kategori kurang). Hasil rata-rata kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada siklus I 63,94 (kategori cukup). Peningkatan hasil siklus I dibanding kondisi awal 45,3%. Sedangkan hasil rata-rata kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada siklus II 80,37 (kategori Baik). Peningkatan hasil siklus II dibandingkan hasil siklus I sebesar 25,7%. Kata kunci: perencanaan pembelajaran, elementary school
