Abstract
Este trabalho realiza uma releitura da obra de Bobbio, visando a constatar como esse autor desenvolveu suas análises acerca da filosofia e da sociologia política, na direção da verificação de uma evolução dos Direitos, tendo chegado a uma interessante análise dos Direitos Sociais próprios das sociedades contemporâneas e suas dificuldades de implementação, em grande parte devido a globalização social estar mais fundada na economia do que na real defesa dos interesses humanos e sociais.
