Abstract
Un électricien chauffeur de taxi, une pharmacienne qui garde des enfants, un jeune qui rêve de journalisme et à qui l’on propose d’être manœuvre… Dans le pays d’accueil, les personnes réfugiées sont bien souvent amenées à en rabattre en matière d’emploi. Comment éviter cette nouvelle épreuve, ce gâchis de compétences tant pour les personnes concernées que pour la société d’accueil ? La conviction que ce gâchis n’est pas inéluctable anime la jeune organisation each One. Elle s’est développée pour former et accompagner, d’une part, les personnes réfugiées vers un emploi à la hauteur de leurs attentes et, d’autre part, les entreprises qui les recrutent. Comment s’y prend-elle ? Quels sont les défis qui restent à relever ?
