Abstract
ABSTRAK Kota Bandung merupakan kota berpenduduk terpadat di Jawa Barat. Dengan meningkatnya pertambahan penduduk, maka kebutuhan akan ketersediaan tanah dan rumah menjadi semakin tinggi. Pembangunan rumah susun vertikal adalah suatu cara untuk memecahkan masalah dari kebutuhan akan pemukiman dan perumahan pada lokasi yang padat. Rusunami (rumah susun sederhana milik) merupakan rumah susun sederhana yang memberikan hak milik kepada penghuninya sehingga diharapkan penghuni rumah susun sederhana tidak selamanya menyewa rumah. Rusunami adalah rumah bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah kebawah yang disusun ke atas (vertikal) agar dapat menghemat lahan. Perencanaan Rusunami ini menggunakan pendekatan tema sistem modul beton pracetak. keuntungan dari konsep ini adalah merancang sesuai peraturan menteri tentang membangun bangunan tinggi dengan konsep pemakaian material beton pracetak dan system modular, mengolah fasade dengan panel-panel precast agar tidak terkesan monton, dan menyelaraskan bangunan baru yang berada di kawasan konservasi membandingkan dengan harga ekonomi harga untuk masyarakat kalangan menengah kebawah, fungsi akan terasa nyaman dengan pemakaian sistem modular.
