Abstract

The consideration of the human and his energy is a form of Sincere Corporate Responsibility (SNCR). This concept is adopted by a Tunisian subsidiary of the German multinational group Van Laack. Aware of the impact of the improvement of the environment and working conditions on the employee, this management has allowed a pleasant and positive working atmosphere and a sense well-being on the part of the employees. It’s reduce the social malaise, and maximize the employees’s potential and improve the company’s performance. In this case study, the objective is to understand this approach and to learn lessons that could applied to other business cases.
