HLP-related&nbsp;</span><span>forced displacement, damage and destruction and restitution for historical injustices are at the&nbsp;</span><span>heart of many transitional justice policy debates, with repercussions for interventions and&nbsp;</span> </div> <div> responses by the international community, governments, and civil society as well as&nbsp;<span>peacebuilding scholarship.&nbsp;</span> </div>
