Abstract
Dans l’industrie du cinéma au Québec, les femmes ne représentent que 16 % des chefs accessoiristes de plateau alors qu’elles occupent les deux tiers des postes d’assistants accessoiristes. Pour mieux comprendre cette situation, des données primaires ont été colligées auprès de 17 personnes du milieu. L’analyse des résultats met en relief la discrimination systémique qui limite l’accès des femmes au poste de chef, ce qui maintient un régime d’inégalité entre les sexes.
