Abstract
Après avoir prétendu contribuer à la transformation des structures sociales et politiques des années 1960 jusqu’aux années 1980, l’animation aspire depuis à transformer les mentalités et à donner accès aux ressources institutionnelles aux populations marginalisées comme condition de participation à la vie démocratique. Dans ce contexte, la transformation sociale dont il est question s’étend de l’appropriation des outils artistiques à l’inclusion des groupes « exclus », en passant par la prévention des conflits, les processus de réconciliation et de reconstruction de la mémoire collective.
