This selection, compiled by Aurélie Guillain (short stories and travel writing by Henry James), Mathilde Rogez (short stories from South Africa) and Héliane Ventura, is intended to highlight the transcultural dimension of some short narratives from Africa, Australia, Canada, China, Great Britain, India, Japan, New Zealand, the United States and the West Indies.
