Abstract
Le rapprochement économique et politique entre la Chine et la Russie est significatif depuis quelques années, marqué par l’annonce de nombreux grands accords commerciaux et d’investissements. Les liens se sont resserrés depuis la crise ukrainienne de 2014. Il est tenté de voir dans cette accélération le signe d’une formation d’une « alliance stratégique » dirigée contre les puissances occidentales. Ce dont se défendent les deux parties.
