Abstract

Une etude a ete realisee sur un echantillon de 258 salaries pour examiner l'impact du soutien organisationnel percu et des comportements de citoyennete envers les collegues et envers l'organisation sur l'intention de retrait, declinee en deux facettes : intention de s'absenter et l'intention de quitter. Les donnees empiriques montrent que l'intention de quitter est predite par trois variables : le soutien organisationnel percu, les comportements de citoyennete organisationnelle orientes vers les collegues et l'intention de s'absenter. En complement, l'intention de s'absenter est predite par une seule variable : la citoyennete envers l'organisation. Les consequences theoriques et manageriales des resultats de la presente recherche sont discutees et les principales limites degagees.
