Abstract
Wady klasy III Angle'a dzielą się na prawdziwe wady klasy III oraz wady pseudo klasy III.Wady pseudo klasy III powinny być leczone wcześnie, aby wyeliminować poślizg żuchwy od pierwszego kontaktu do pozycji maksymalnego zaguzkowania.Cel.Celem pracy jest przedstawienie wczesnego leczenia wady klasy III u 10-letniego pacjenta, z wykorzystaniem elastycznego aparatu czynnościowego.Materiał i metody.Do leczenia wykorzystano odwrotny aparat Stockfisha.Opis przypadku.U pacjenta zdecydowano się na leczenie wczesne z następujących powodów: poziomego kierunku wzrostu żuchwy, rozbieżności pomiędzy pozycją maksymalnego zaguzkowania a relacją centralną, dodatniego testu czynnościowego, braku kompensacyjnej pozycji siekaczy.Celem leczenia była próba uzyskania prawidłowego nagryzu poziomego, aby umożliwić dalszy niezaburzony wzrost szczęki oraz modyfikacja kierunku
