Abstract
Les entreprises à forte croissance font face à des défis particuliers et doivent constamment s’adapter. Le présent rapport de projet a pour objectif d’identifier et d’analyser les facteurs qui entravent ou facilitent l’expansion des PME à forte croissance de l’industrie bioalimentaire québécoise. Il examine également les besoins spécifiques de ces PME (financement, ressources humaines qualifiées, ressources informationnelles, ressources sociales, etc.) dont la satisfaction faciliterait leur développement et leur pérennité. Les résultats de cette étude montrent que certains mythes reconnus sur les PME en forte croissance ne résistent pas à la réalité du secteur agroalimentaire québécois.
