Abstract
L’évolution des systèmes agroalimentaires a été déterminant pour le développement des sociétés humaines. Ainsi, de nos jours, le système hégémonique en place induit des modes de production, de distribution et de consommation alimentaires qui participent de façon majeure à la crise socio-environnementale. Dans un tel contexte, un changement de paradigme agroalimentaire s’impose afin de promouvoir les transformations nécessaires à la transition écosociale. La création d’espaces de réflexion collective et de co-construction de systèmes agroalimentaires alternatifs apparaît comme un contexte privilégié pour contribuer à un tel changement. À cet égard, l’éducation peut jouer un rôle de premier ordre : elle peut stimuler la mise en place de tels espaces, accompagner l’apprentissage qui s’y réalise et inviter à l’analyse, à la discussion et à la diffusion d’initiatives porteuses. Cet article propose en ce sens des éléments essentiels à l’élaboration d’une stratégie-cadre d’action socio-éducative auprès des adultes, inspirée du courant écologiste de l’éducation relative à l’environnement et basée sur les principes de l’agroécologie.
