Abstract
L’organisme Culture pour tous développe depuis 2007 le programme de créations collectives Art au travail avec la collaboration d’artistes et d’entreprises privées, publiques et parapubliques. Une trentaine de projets ont été réalisés à ce jour, dans une variété de lieux à travers le Québec : usines, compagnies financières, centres sociaux, services municipaux, etc. Ce programme s’ancre dans une volonté de l’organisme d’accroître la participation citoyenne en culture en rapprochant les artistes et les processus créatifs des milieux de vie. Culture pour tous s’allie également à des chercheurs en sociologie et en communication afin de documenter et de valoriser les impacts des projets de médiation et de création partagée. À l’heure où la capacité des organisations à se transformer est un enjeu primordial, les valeurs et processus liés au monde de l’art et de la création sont de plus en plus considérés comme des outils de management.
