Cet article vise à faire la synthèse des approches privilégiées par le personnel enseignant pour favoriser la création théâtrale d’élèves du secondaire en considérant les modèles référentiels qui les sous-tendent. Dans ce contexte de formation, il y a lieu de se demander quelles sont les approches qui encouragent, à l’adolescence, un sens d’ouverture à la création théâtrale ainsi qu’une motivation et un engagement incitant à la persévérance malgré les défis à relever. L’interprétation, qui découle de l’analyse de notes de mon journal de bord, reflète le prisme de diverses approches et confirme l’importance qu’a le personnel enseignant en situation de création dans un contexte éducatif.
