Abstract
O adulto que procura a Educação Profissional traz uma vivência que causa comportamentos peculiares. Para melhor acolher esse público, foi aplicado um questionário abrangendo vários aspectos de cursos técnicos na área de Alimentação. A análise dos resultados fornece subsídios para o melhor planejamento das decisões pedagógicas de docentes e coordenadores e aponta elementos que auxiliam os gestores na elaboração de um novo itinerário formativo para os cursos na área.
