L’utilisateur au cœur de la démarche lexicographique d’ Usito

Abstract
Le présent article a pour but de montrer le rôle joué par le public cible, notamment par l’utilisateur, dans les choix éditoriaux du dictionnaire en ligne Usito , dans la description de la langue, de même que dans l’enrichissement et la mise à jour du dictionnaire. Il illustre également comment le dictionnaire est centré sur l’utilisateur, entre autres éléments, par la vulgarisation des données (infobulles et remarques explicatives, tolérance à l’erreur, fonctionnalités conviviales, etc.) et à l’écoute de celui-ci par l’intégration dans le dictionnaire de réponses à ses questions ou commentaires. Grâce à sa plateforme informatique, nous entrons dans l’univers d’un dictionnaire renouvelé profitant des avantages des technologies nouvelles et pouvant s’adapter à la diversité francophone.
