The objective of this Digital Marketing plan is to provide a cruise tourism company in the Galapagos Islands with a growth alternative, since currently, the tourist operation quotas, which are an indispensable requirement for the operation of a boat They have a validity period and limited capacity. This digital marketing plan that has as its main activity the online upload to the end customer of different services in the Galapagos province such as cruises, hotels and Island Hopping packages. The market it is aimed at is the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Within this plan, an analysis of the general environment, a review of demand and potential market, a market research, the main strategies and action plans, as well as a financial analysis were carried out. Finally, it is concluded that this digital marketing plan provides the stated objectives and implementation is recommended taking into account the details, as well as any necessary adjustments.
