Les écarts de représentation du Business Model de l’entreprise transmise : recherche exploratoire auprès de trois binômes de cédants-repreneurs

Abstract
Cette recherche prend comme objet le décalage qu’il peut y avoir entre la représentation que le repreneur externe possède de l’entreprise qu’il acquiert et celle qu’en a le cédant. Dans le champ de la reprise d’entreprise, la double originalité de notre travail exploratoire consiste à relever, puis à qualifier, ces écarts et à mobiliser le concept de Business Model pour scruter ces représentations. Trois cas de transmission de PME servent de terrain et font apparaître cinq formes d’écarts de représentation. Cette contribution est un préalable à la conception d’une méthode, à l’usage des conseillers, visant à réduire les écarts de représentation pour favoriser la réussite de l’opération de transmission.
