Abstract
Dans le cadre du projet pédagogique et de recherche en ludopédagogie EdUTeam (https://eduteam.fr/) mené à l'Institut de Recherche en Gestion (IRG, EA 2354), l'École des Sciences de la Gestion de l'Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG-UQAM) et l'IAE Gustave Eiffel de l'Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) ont décidé en 2019 d'imaginer un cours international de gestion de projet commun s'appuyant sur un jeu en ligne massivement multijoueur (MMO). Les objectifs pédagogiques et organisationnels étaient nombreux : travailler en équipe distante et multiculturelle, élargir l'accès aux échanges internationaux et offrir des challenges créatifs engageants. Après plusieurs tests effectués en 2020 avec Minecraft Education Edition, nous nous sommes finalement orientés vers son équivalent open source Minetest (https://www.minetest.net/). Notre communication présente une 1ère expérimentation unique au monde réalisée début 2021 avec 37 étudiants de plusieurs universités partenaires (Inde, Ukraine, Allemagne, France et Canada) : Minetest International Project 2021. L'objectif était principalement d'ordre technique afin de nous assurer que le serveur tenait la charge sur un usage ininterrompu pendant presque deux mois. Cette réussite technique et organisationnelle va permettre de proposer un dispositif international d'apprentissage collaboratif en ligne (COIL) innovant, évolutif, flexible et peu onéreux.
