Abstract
Cet article est le fruit d’un travail de réflexion d’une équipe de soignants, d’infirmiers et d’aides-soignants, travaillant au sein d’une unité singulière de double prise en charge en médecine de l’adolescent, dans un établissement de la Fondation Santé des Étudiants de France. Du fait du cadre particulier de leur exercice, de la population adolescente accueillie, les soignants ont développé une identité professionnelle spécifique à laquelle ils se proposent de réfléchir.
