Abstract
In recent years the natural gas market worldwide has been characterized by greater use of this natural resource to fuel electric power plants around the world, a result of ecological and economic benefits it offers over other fuels. The Peruvian Market Natural Gas in a world dependent on the chemical energy stored by nature mainly fossil fuels and hydrocarbons, conceiving the only natural gas exports may be due to ignorance or corruption . Although any price be unjustifiable natural gas being an invaluable resource , setting a base price of export sales to 0.65 U.S. $ / MMBTU . However, there an export contract signed by the government of the day with the export consortium, valid and respectable while not proven legal disability, be necessary to prove the existence of a domestic consumer market to assert the legislation establishing the priority and illegal export. There need a fractionation plant in Kepashiato , there were many attempts , the first of which was in May 2006, made through the Canadian project was to market a significant portion of southern Cusco ie , area east of Ayacucho , Apurimac , Madre de Dios , Puno , but was dismissed for political reasons . The Megantoni needs to be careful, so that the transit of LOOP to LOOP SOUTH JUNGLE , requires not affect the center, in the present study, prioritize the need to protect the sanctuary so that an assessment of the risks that puts technology to existing natural assets in the area. While installing the Andean Pipeline and petrochemical complex in Ilo is necessary to implement the installation of the gas fractionation plant Kepashiato liquefied petroleum. It is necessary for the design of the plant, to a target market not only in the Province of La Convencion, but of the entire macro south by the existing need to have the use of this strategic resource.
