Abstract
En resume L’efficacite est un cercle vertueux. Plus nous cultivons notre sentiment d’efficacite personnelle, plus nous sommes sereins face au travail a accomplir. Et la serenite nous rend efficaces. Albert Bandura, psychologue canadien connu pour son concept d’auto-efficacite, a releve quatre facteurs contribuant au sentiment d’efficacite personnelle : les experiences actives de maitrise ; les experiences vicariantes ; les experiences de persuasion verbale ; l’etat physique et emotionnel. Ces quatre facteurs se renforcent mutuellement dans le developpement du sentiment d’efficacite personnelle.
