Abstract
En France, c’est dans les années 1960 que la presse municipale a fait son apparition. Le modèle qui répond aujourd’hui le mieux aux attentes des élus et des administrés reste bien le magazine municipal à caractère plus professionnel. Partant d’une question de recherche sur la reprise de la parole de l’autre en politique, l’auteure observe sous quelle forme les reprises de la parole des administrés sont effectuées par les élus dans le cadre des comités de rédaction et dans quelle mesure le mode et le lieu de communication influent sur les façons de représenter les propos des « tiers absents ». Les données ont été recueillies (2013) lors de réunions de comité de rédaction réalisées dans trois communes de l’agglomération bordelaise qui rassemblent élus et professionnels de la communication.
