Abstract
The article deals with some of the legal provisions of French law regarding the management and maintenance of multi-quarter residential houses. Analyzed and established common and various features of legislative regulation of management and maintenance of multi-quarter residential houses. A positive experience has been identified which Ukraine can adopt on the way of a new European integration direction. It was established that Ukraine was only at the beginning of the way, where the co-owners of a multi-apartment house provided the state with an opportunity to choose the form of management of their common property. In contrast to Ukraine, a powerful information base has been created in France to provide explanations, assistance, recommendations, consultations to citizens (co-owners) on this issue. Also, numerous Internet sites with open access to registries, information on each association of co-owners, their homes, and management policies have been created. It is believed that it is precisely in this direction that Ukraine should work in order to ensure the proper functioning of such a form of management and service of multi-apartment houses as condominiums.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
