Abstract
La notion de compétences entrepreneuriales est souvent traitée à l’échelle individuelle, mais plus rarement à l’échelle territoriale ou régionale. Or, la région est un lieu privilégié d’interactions entre acteurs, ressources et institutions et constitue de ce fait un territoire propice aux dynamiques d’innovation. Ce papier développe tout d’abord un cadre théorique mettant en évidence les liens ténus qui apparaissent entre les ressources et compétences d’un territoire régional, sa dynamique et l’entrepreneuriat. Puis, en s’appuyant sur un programme régional dédié à la production d’une innovation thérapeutique (les biomédicaments) en Région Centre-Val de Loire, cette recherche propose un cadre d’analyse du processus de construction de compétences entrepreneuriales territoriales (CET).
